Chiropractor
Annie Banks D.C.
Dr. Annie Banks hails from South Florida’s east coast and is a 1998 Magna Cum Laude graduate from Life University. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Life University but also an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Broward Community College. In an effort to provide her patients with the highest quality care, Dr. Banks continues her education through postgraduate studies.
Dr. Banks practiced in Bremen, Georgia for three years. She then moved her practice to Atlanta, Georgia where she is currently located. At this facility, many different techniques can be utilized to deliver the best care to her patients. She has found the combination of Chiropractic adjustments and ART (Active Release Technique) have the highest success rate and the highest patient satisfaction. Dr. Annie Banks has been a Certified Ironman Active Release Technique Provider since 2005.
An avid runner, Dr. Banks competes in marathons, half marathons and Ragnar Relays throughout the U.S. several times a year. She completed the Boston Marathon in 2015. She, her husband Judd and teenaged twins, Gavin and Kylie, enjoy mountain biking and skiing together throughout the United States. And let’s not forget spending time with her dogs, Hazelnut and Rocco, are highlights to a very active home life as well.

Office Assistant
Ellen Hellier
Ellen, an Office Assistant since July 2020, hails from a suburb of Atlanta and returned to the city after completing college and nursing school. In 1996, she married Steve and dedicated over two decades to being a stay-at-home mom for their four boys.
Having been a chiropractic patient of Dr. Banks long before joining the chiropractic industry, Ellen is passionate about the field. Dr. Banks had previously assisted Ellen’s entire family with various injuries and aches. The opportunity to run the front office for Dr. Banks excited Ellen, given her love for details.
In her role, Ellen enjoys connecting with clients, solving problems, collaborating with fellow assistants, and supporting Dr. Banks in managing front office intricacies, allowing the doctor to concentrate on patient care. Her enthusiasm extends to learning more about insurance, but most importantly, she relishes the welcoming office atmosphere and eagerly looks forward to each workday.
Outside of work, Ellen shares her life with Steve and their four boys, along with a wonderful daughter-in-law and a granddaughter, with another grandchild on the way. Ellen finds joy in simple pleasures—staying active, cheering on her boys in sports, occasional travel, quality time with family and friends, baking, and indulging in dining experiences.
